By popular demand, let’s look at how to adapt our marketing to the 4 key social styles in a 4-week series. This week: The Driver.
The Driver is focused and efficient. They plan carefully but act quickly. They are ready to make a decision and move on, even if that means taking a risk. They are determined and like to be in control. They like to make decisions independently and usually prefer having a few options to compare. The Driver is motivated by challenging goals and power. So, how do you best approach the Driver in your marketing or social media? Be professional. Get to the point – use bullet points if you have to. Present options and put them in writing.
Each person can be a mix of styles. Consider presenting your content in different ways to speak directly to the different dominant social styles. Next week, the Analytical! Click here to read all about selling to the Analytical social style.
