Overcoming Your Marketing Roadblocks

Now that you have read through Overcoming Your Marketing Roadblocks, you have realized that the biggest hurdle in front of you right now is understanding how to maximize online marketing for your business.

Marketing your business online can be such a confusing prospect because of how quickly the landscape changes.  I fundamentally believe that online marketing – like any other kind of marketing – is about figuring out the rules of the tool and then using it creatively to reach your audience and nurture your community.  And – like any other kind of marketing – success in online marketing is about figuring out how it fits into the rest of your marketing plan (and ensuring that it actually does fit).

For some reason, online marketing is often treated differently. So many businesses overcomplicate it. They bite off more than they can chew.  They get so excited about meeting new leads that they forget to actually talk to them.  Or they miss opportunities to take the conversation somewhere else and convert it to a sale.  Or they go in for the sale so quickly that they neglect to cultivate the lead first.

Does any of this sound like you?

Let’s be realistic about what online marketing is and where it belongs in your marketing plan.

There is no shortage of information out there in the world about various aspects of online marketing.  As a starting point, I have compiled some of my resources to make it easy for you to get started!  Please note that all of my resources assume low-budget marketing methods.
